How long will it take to receive my order?
I have a 3 business day turn around item to custom sew each order. Free Shipping is first class (2-5 business days) you have the option to upgrade to priority or over night for an additional fee at check out.
Can I put a rush on my order?
If you have a specific deadline please message me and I will do what I can to arrange my sewing schedule around your needs. Rush sewing fees may apply
What do I do if my item doesn't fit?
I accept size exchanges and returns. If there is an issue with your item please message me and I will assist you with sending the item back and I will make you a new item or issue you a refund (not including expedited shipping fees)
Do you take custom orders?
Depending on what you would like it is possible for me to make certain items out of different fabrics and to do small pattern alterations. So if you have a special request feel free to ask ands I will let you know if I can make it work
I do not make complicated pieces by mail order like gowns and suits that would require an in person fitting
